In order to ensure LG can smoothly and safely complete the task in construction process, user operator will receive technical and complete training about installation, operation and security control by our company. After training, the LG operator is able to work independently. when the LG is assembled and tested in the factory, user should send a technical staff to the factory to observe the assembling process and receive professional training after LG is installed in the construction site. Fast, attentive service are the characteristics of our company, the company will appoint one quality assurance engineer for each project to ensure LG works well in the whole construction process. And the warranty period for quality assurance engineer service is one year.
